ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, SBF had previously used private networks to watch the Super Bowl and other football games, after which U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan prohibited SBF from using a VPN and suggested staying away from private networks until his bail conditions are determined. Lewis expressed concern that the government would not be able to see the websites SBF visits or the data he sends and receives while using a private network.
According to the judge's order, documents regarding SBF's bail conditions will be submitted on Wednesday, and the court will hear arguments on the matter on Thursday afternoon. (Source link)
