ChainCatcher news, the law firm Rosen plans to file a class action lawsuit against the Bitcoin mining company Argo Blockchain, is investigating a potential claims list, encouraging investors who have lost more than $100,000 in Argo to contact the firm, and reminding investors that the deadline to seek lead plaintiff status in the federal securities class action against Argo is March 27, 2023.
According to a previous report by ChainCatcher, the law firm Pomerantz filed a class action lawsuit against the Bitcoin mining company Argo Blockchain and some of its executives on January 27.
