The Secret Network community has expressed concerns about the current structure and operations of the Secret Foundation. To address these issues and improve transparency, a restructuring proposal has been initiated.

The assets of the old Secret Foundation will be transferred to the new NPO, ensuring that the compensation and benefits of capable team members are not affected by this transfer. The NPO will provide annual accounts of its activities, including KPIs, budgets, and goals.
