Modular blockchain Dymension completes $6.7 million seed round financing, led by Big Brain Holdings and others
ChainCatcher news, modular blockchain Dymension has completed a $6.7 million seed round financing, led by Big Brain Holdings and Stratos, with participation from Matchbox DAO, Shalom Meckenzie of DraftKings, and others.
It is reported that Dymension co-founder and CEO Yishay Harel began raising funds for this round last May, and Dymension plans to continue raising approximately $20 million in new funds before the mainnet launch.
Additionally, Dymension will launch its public testnet on February 15. Harel stated that Dymension will launch an incentivized testnet in the second quarter of this year and the mainnet in the third quarter. Currently, the Dymension team has 9 employees and will expand the team in the near future. (source link)
