According to ChainCatcher news, South Korea's SBS News reported that the Southern District Prosecutor's Office in Seoul has requested an arrest warrant for Kang Jong-hyun (transliteration), who is said to be the actual owner of Bithumb, on charges of playing a key role in manipulating the stock prices of Bithumb affiliates Vidente, Inbiogen, and Bucket Studio.
