According to ChainCatcher news, the chairman of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of South Korea, Kim Joo-hyun, stated that the issuance of security tokens (STO) will be allowed and a secure token circulation system will be established. "It will be advanced rhythmically through the proposal of guidelines, sandbox testing, and formal institutionalization, institutionalizing the over-the-counter circulation platform," and the guidelines containing the regulations for the issuance and circulation of STO will be announced early next month.
