KEY3.id officially supports multi-chain same-domain resolution on January 12, with the first batch supporting major public chains such as Ethereum, BSC, TRON, Polygon, BNB Chain, and Solana. As the only DID application on Ethereum that supports multi-chain same-domain resolution, KEY3.id also announced support and integration from leading wallets such as KuCoin Wallet, CoinHub Wallet, Wallet3, and exchanges like Yibi, jointly launching a New Year transfer event.

During the event, 30,000 people participated, transferring 0.2023 USDT to the exclusive DIDs of wallet partners (2023kuwallet.did, coinhub.did, dagen.did) using the partnered wallets to enter a lottery. Users can now directly access applications on multiple public chains using the unified KEY3.id domain and high-end domains bound to blue-chip NFTs, as well as send and receive Tokens and NFTs.

DID (Decentralized Identity) is a popular concept in the Web3 space. Traditional identity management systems have long relied on centralized intermediaries that are responsible for issuing, holding, and controlling identity identifiers and credentials.

This means that users cannot control personal identity-related information, nor can they decide who can access their identifiable personal information and how much access these individuals have. To address these issues, the emergence of DID has sparked a wave of interest, allowing users to create easily readable and memorable identity identifiers without relying on centralized institutions.

According to statistics, the global decentralized identity market was valued at $181.8 million in 2021 and is expected to reach $46.4575 billion by 2030, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 89.1% during the forecast period.

KEY3.id CEO Kory Pak stated, "DID is a business card in the Web3 world, representing the identity of individuals, enterprises, and even organizations. The KEY3.id domain project aims to lower the threshold for DID and meet the needs of users for cross-chain application interactions. Supporting multi-chain same-domain resolution means higher practicality, allowing users to use it in more Web3 application scenarios."

It is reported that previously, KEY3.id launched the .did digital domain in the first phase, with the intention of providing every user entering Web3 with a permanently free identity, granting users a free-to-own DID Web3 experience. Users do not need to pay any upfront fees for DID identity, starting from free to build, allowing holders to own DID for free while being sufficiently neutral and inclusive, addressing the factional issues present in current mainstream domain projects.

In addition, KEY3.id has also launched high-end domains bound to blue-chip NFTs. As the industry's first Asset Bound Token, it leads blue-chip NFTs into a new era of Asset as your DID. KEY3.id has currently partnered with dozens of well-known NFT communities such as BAYC, Azuki, Clone X, Doodles, Mfers, Mimic Shhans, and Moonbirds.

KEY3.id also stated that it is currently establishing a special ecological plan to support more public chains, deploy the same domain across multiple chains, integrate various types of dapps, expand the user base of domains, and is committed to providing users with more Web3 application scenarios.
