The South Korean Supreme Court ruled that Bithumb must pay compensation to investors for service interruptions
ChainCatcher news, according to Yonhap News Agency, the South Korean Supreme Court ruled that Bithumb must pay 251.4 million won (approximately $202,400) in damages to investors for service interruptions.
It is reported that Bithumb's trading service was suspended for 1.5 hours on November 12, 2017, after which more than a hundred investors filed a lawsuit against Bithumb's operator, claiming economic losses due to the service interruption. (Source link)
