ChainCatcher news, SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci stated that he will invest his own money in the cryptocurrency company founded by former FTX US president Brett Harrison. Harrison said, "Since I joined the crypto industry two years ago, Anthony has been a true mentor and friend to me. I am honored that he can become an investment partner." It is reported that Harrison worked at FTX US for about 17 months and left in September last year.

In December last year, two people familiar with the matter revealed that former FTX US president Brett Harrison was trying to raise funds for a new crypto startup. This startup could make it easier for large investors to trade digital assets on platforms including centralized exchanges and decentralized protocols. Harrison has contacted at least one venture capital firm and intends to raise $6 million at a $60 million valuation, but specific details may still change.

Brett Harrison previously tweeted that during his tenure at FTX US, he worked with the "emotionally unstable" SBF, and his relationship with SBF and his deputies has completely deteriorated, with disputes over FTX's management approach lasting for months. (Bloomberg)
