Bitcoin mining company Agora Digital cancels $127 million IPO plan
ChainCatcher news, according to Seeking Alpha, Ecoark Holdings' Bitcoin mining subsidiary Agora Digital has scrapped its plans for a $127 million initial public offering.
It was reported that Agora first filed for the IPO in November 2021, aiming to raise $100 million, which was later increased to $127 million. In August 2022, Agora announced plans to merge with blockchain technology company HUMBL, but canceled the plan a month later. (Source link)
