ChainCatcher news, Polkadot co-founder Gavin Wood recently commented on the trusted setup of the privacy transfer protocol Manta Network and MantaPay: "The widespread adoption of a sovereign Web3 largely depends on innovations in trustless privacy protection mechanisms, such as zero-knowledge proofs. I am pleased to see such innovations happening at the forefront of the Polkadot ecosystem. Manta Network's recently record-breaking trusted setup and the upcoming MantaPay showcase significant innovation in this field."

It is reported that the Manta trusted setup event has officially concluded, and over 4,300 valid contributors will receive Discord identities and NFTs launched in collaboration with @RmrkApp. Additionally, the Manta Dolphin v3 testnet is still ongoing, which is the last version of the testnet before MantaPay goes live on Calamari, giving participants a chance to receive airdrop rewards.
