The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has sued Mango event attacker Eisenberg
ChainCatcher News, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed a lawsuit against Avraham Eisenberg, the attacker of Mango Markets, for allegedly manipulating the decentralized trading market. The CFTC stated in the lawsuit that this is "a manipulative and deceptive scheme that artificially inflated the trading prices offered by Mango Markets."
Avraham Eisenberg is currently in custody and faces criminal manipulation charges from the Department of Justice. Avraham Eisenberg has admitted to his actions but insists that everything was legal. (Source link)
