Cryptocurrency payment provider Wyre has reduced user withdrawal limits to 90%
ChainCatcher news, cryptocurrency payment provider Wyre announced that it will limit customers to withdraw no more than 90% of the current funds held in each account. "We are modifying our withdrawal policy. While customers will still be able to withdraw, at this time, we will limit withdrawals to no more than 90% of the current funds in each customer account, and comply with the current daily limits."
It is reported that this new rule applies to all customers using its services, meaning that any withdrawal requests exceeding this limit will be denied. Previously, Wyre CEO Yanni Giannaros resigned, and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer Stephen Cheng was appointed as interim CEO.
