ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg citing informed sources, the Southern District Attorney's Office in New York is investigating former FTX engineering director Nishad Singh, who may be charged this month if he participated in the alleged fraudulent schemes against investors and clients involving FTX and Alameda Research. Additionally, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) are also investigating Nishad Singh. Nishad Singh's lawyer, the Southern District Attorney's Office, SEC, and CFTC all declined to comment. (source link)
