BitKeep officials stated that they will actively cooperate with the task force investigation and make every effort to recover the stolen funds.
According to previous reports, the BitKeep APK 7.2.9 installation package was hijacked and replaced by hackers, causing some users to use application packages that had been implanted with hacker code, resulting in the leakage of private keys. BitKeep has joined forces with multiple security agencies to track and locate the issue, and has frozen part of the hacker's funds.
