Aave's native stablecoin GHO has successfully completed internal testing and will launch a public testnet in January
ChainCatcher news, Aave founder Stani Kulechov stated on Twitter that the internal testnet for Aave's native stablecoin GHO is progressing smoothly, with a public testnet for GHO set to launch in early January 2023. Additionally, Aave will deploy Aave V3 on Ethereum in January.
It is reported that the proposal for the over-collateralized stablecoin GHO was voted on in July, receiving a 99.99% approval rate (501,000 AAVE). Aave will implement the creation of the GHO stablecoin through a new Aave Improvement Proposal (AIP), with Aave DAO responsible for managing it upon its creation. (Source link)
