Hidden Road UK entity approved to register as a digital asset company in the UK
ChainCatcher news, digital asset and forex brokerage Hidden Road announced that its UK entity Hidden Road Partners CIV UK Limited has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to register as a digital asset company in the UK.
Hidden Road stated that it holds both an FCA investment firm license and an FCA digital asset firm license, which allows Hidden Road to offer spot and derivative products in forex and digital assets.
ChainCatcher previously reported that Hidden Road Partners was founded by Marc Asch in 2018. In August of this year, Hidden Road Partners completed a $50 million financing round, with participation from Citadel Securities, FTX Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, and others. (source link)
