The Optimism Goerli testnet will migrate to the Bedrock architecture on January 12
ChainCatcher news, OP Labs tweeted that the Optimism Goerli testnet will migrate to the Bedrock architecture on January 12. OP Labs is working with node operators to ensure a smooth migration, and users and applications will not be affected by this migration. Additionally, after the migration of Optimism Goerli is completed, OP Labs will submit a proposal for migrating the Optimism mainnet to Bedrock.
ChainCatcher previously reported that in May this year, Optimism announced the launch of the decentralized Rollup infrastructure Bedrock, stating that Bedrock will be released as the infrastructure for the interactive proof-of-fraud system Cannon, with advantages including reduced transaction fees, increased maximum throughput, and improved node synchronization speed.
