Twitter adds real-time price index feature for BTC and ETH

ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, Twitter has recently added a new crypto feature that allows Twitter users to view real-time price charts for BTC and ETH by entering keywords like "Bitcoin" or "Ethereum" in the search tab.

Twitter has not publicly announced the new feature. The Documenting Bitcoin account was one of the first to discover this new crypto feature on Twitter and shared screenshots of the new price index functionality. Additionally, the BTC and ETH price charts include a "View Robinhood" link that can be clicked in the lower left corner, which may indicate that Robinhood has partnered with Twitter for integration.

There have been rumors that Twitter might create its own cryptocurrency "Twitter Coin" for payments on the platform, including integrating cryptocurrency payments on Twitter. (Source link)
