Celsius has received multiple acquisition offers and will announce next month whether it will sell

ChainCatcher news, according to a report by Bloomberg, Celsius submitted a report in court on Tuesday indicating that the company has received multiple bids for its retail platform and mining business, but did not disclose the terms of the acquisition. Celsius lawyers told bankruptcy judge Martin Glenn that there are up to 30 potential buyers, including offers for the retail platform, mining business, and a combination of both.

Celsius advisors have not yet decided whether to sell Celsius as a whole or in parts, or to pursue a restructuring plan. Celsius lawyers stated that they intend to work with potential buyers in the coming weeks to improve existing bids and will announce in mid-January whether they will proceed with a sale. (Bloomberg)
