ChainCatcher news, NFT series Doodles founder Jordan Castro announced on the official Discord that the utility of Dooplicator and the opening of the Genesis Box will be carried out successively after January 2023, while Doodles 2 will also begin internal testing next year. Castro stated that over the past year, exploring other blockchains and Layer 2 networks has found the "perfect home" for Doodles 2. The testnet contract has been deployed, and a preview of Doodles 2 characters will be released this week.

In addition, Castro apologized to the community for the product delays, pointing out that the main reason for the delay is the "high standards for product performance," along with some technical/architectural decisions and business considerations. Previous report mentioned that in September this year, Doodles released an introduction to Doodles 2 on their official website, which will support customizable styles.
