Getaverse Trusted Verifier Node (referred to as Getaverse Node) is the core of Getaverse and its ecosystem, responsible for maintaining the operation of Getaverse. All data in the Getaverse ecosystem will be transmitted, stored, encrypted, and protected by the nodes. Governance of the Getaverse ecosystem can also be proposed, voted on, and decided by node operators. The operation of Getaverse nodes means transferring power, responsibility, and rewards to Web3 users, truly achieving a decentralized ecosystem, allowing Web3 users to genuinely own personal data and its value, without any third-party platform profiting from user data.
Since the sale of Getaverse nodes began in October 2022, Getaverse has participated in over 3000 nodes, making it one of the most notable Web3 projects in the second half of this year. Last week, Getaverse officially announced that the testnet is about to go live. Users participating in Getaverse nodes can not only earn rewards from the testnet and receive $wGETA tokens but also gain whitelist eligibility for the IDO.
Rights of Participating in Getaverse Nodes:
- Node Earnings
After the Getaverse system officially goes live, operating nodes will receive ecological node verification rewards, namely GETA tokens.
55% of the total GETA tokens (i.e., 2.75 billion tokens) will be rewarded to Getaverse node operators, and no tokens will be destroyed. The node output will be halved each year until it is fully produced.
- Whitelist Rights
All node addresses enjoy the Getaverse ecosystem whitelist, having the right to participate early in all project IDOs and airdrop rights within the Getaverse ecosystem. This is a long-term right that will increase with the growth of Getaverse's business and ecosystem development.
- Early Bird Benefits
The total number of Getaverse nodes is 50,000, with the first 5,000 nodes priced at 1200 USDT each. After that, for every additional 1,000 nodes, the price will increase by 200 USDT from the original price, meaning the price of the 20,000th node will be 4200 USDT.
Getaverse node holders can participate in official testnet mining, and the test tokens $wGETA can later be exchanged for the mainnet's $GETA tokens at a certain ratio. Moreover, as the number of nodes increases, the output of each node will also decrease proportionally.
- Invitation Rewards
Inviting a friend to successfully participate in Getaverse nodes will earn the inviter additional rewards. More detailed information can be found in the official documentation.
- Ecological Governance
Getaverse node holders will gain ecological governance rights, becoming early builders, contributors, and decision-makers of the Getaverse ecosystem.
- DAO Governance
Tokens held by the Getaverse DAO Foundation will unlock support for the ecosystem upon launch, providing rewards to node contributors within the DAO ecosystem.
How to Participate?
Getaverse nodes currently operate on an invitation mechanism. You can obtain an invitation by joining the official community for inquiries or consulting community volunteers.
