Sources: Amber Group owes Vauld $130 million

According to sources, as reported by The Block, the cryptocurrency lending institution Vauld, which had previously suspended withdrawals, claims that a counterparty owes it $130 million, and that counterparty is Amber Group.

The Block states that, based on a document it obtained, Vauld's CEO Darshan Bathija lent the funds to Amber Group in his personal capacity. According to documents provided by Vauld, the latest repayment date for the loan is June 2023. (The Block)
