ChainCatcher news, game publisher Wemade announced yesterday that Binance's institutional custody service Binance Custody will begin custodying its platform token WEMIX and verifying its circulation as early as this week. According to Wemade, approximately 70% of the total supply of WEMIX, or 92% of the uncirculated cryptocurrency, will be managed by Binance Custody, while the remainder may be bound to smart contracts or external entities.

Previously reported, four exchanges of the Korea Digital Asset Exchange Association (DAXA) announced the delisting of Wemade's cryptocurrency, citing inaccurate circulation data reports. Currently, a court in Seoul has begun reviewing a preliminary injunction requested by Wemade to overturn the delisting decision of WEMIX by the five major cryptocurrency exchanges in South Korea.
