ChainCatcher news, cryptocurrency exchange platform Coinbase announced changes in its Asia-Pacific team leadership. John O'Loghlen has joined the company from Ant Group and will serve as the Regional Director and Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific region. His mission is to "lead the region in a more focused manner in 2023 while working towards Coinbase's long-term success."

Coinbase also stated that it has hired Katie Mitchell as the Head of Policy for the Asia-Pacific region to lead the company's engagement with local regulators. According to insiders, former Head of Market Operations for the Asia-Pacific region Marc Robinson and Head of Corporate Development and Venture Capital for the Asia-Pacific region Justin Choi have both left the company.
