ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, logistics giant Maersk and IBM will end their shipping blockchain project TradeLens in early 2023.
TradeLens was established in 2018 with the aim of improving efficiency in inter-company trade. It is open to shipping and freight operators, allowing members to verify cargo transactions on a transparent digital ledger. Maersk's commercial platform head Rotem Hershko stated, "Despite some early victories, TradeLens ultimately failed to meet financial expectations as an independent business." (source link)
