Former partner of Spartan Capital predicts for FTX: Institutional investors lose confidence, project financing becomes difficult
ChainCatcher news, former Spartan Capital partner Jason Choi shared a pessimistic forecast about FTX on Twitter yesterday. He believes that FTX users will have a hard time redeeming their assets, institutional investors will lose confidence in the coming years, and crypto regulation will become stricter. Project financing will therefore be very difficult, leading to more project failures or rug pulls.
In addition, there will be large-scale mergers and consolidations in the crypto industry, with Binance capturing more market share; at least 50% of the talent that entered the crypto space after 2021 will be lost. (source link)
