Dora Grant DAO is a community-driven open-source geek funding program aimed at funding developers and geek movements—supporting those developers and geeks with innovative ideas, ultimately helping them build important products and tools for the future of the multi-chain Web3 ecosystem.
On November 5th, Dora Grant DAO officially entered the zero-knowledge voting phase. After a pre-set initial screening process, 15 projects stood out from 111 registered teams and successfully entered the first round of voting, where the vcDORA community will vote on these 15 projects. Now, let’s take a look at what these 15 teams are doing. (Ranking is not in order)
1. Faro
A liquid staking protocol designed for L2 based on zk-rollup. The team is building a liquid staking protocol aimed at individuals, including those who do not meet the minimum staking requirements of ETH2.0, to provide staking services. Faro's services will focus on deployments on Ethereum L2 based on ZK-rollup, including zkSync, Starkware, Scroll, Polygon zkEVM, etc. [BUIDL; 提案]
2. CEDE Labs
Currently, there are no tools that can aggregate CeFi and DeFi assets in a non-custodial manner simultaneously. CEDE aims to help users visualize and manage all their crypto assets in a non-custodial way within the same interface, regardless of whether in a centralized or decentralized world. Currently, CEDE is developing two products: CEDE.link, a web-based investment management tool, and CEDE.store, a non-custodial browser extension application to help users manage assets from centralized exchanges. 3. Faceless
A cross-platform human-readable identifier (HRI) privacy-compliant payment solution. Existing HRI solutions, such as ENS, typically focus on a specific blockchain and fail to incorporate many widely used HRIs, such as email, phone numbers, and social media accounts, which often lack sufficient privacy. The HRI used by Faceless is the basis for compliant payments and combines identity-based encryption (IBE) and zero-knowledge proof technology to ensure user privacy, ultimately helping a large number of users conduct secure and confidential transactions in the Web3 world in a compliant manner. 4. Prestare.Finance
A lending protocol that can provide users with lower collateral rates and even support low-collateral loans for almost any asset without calling off-chain information. Features include:
- Low collateral lending
- SBT with credit scores
- Permissionless asset listing
- The protocol can provide internal liquidation.
5. Klezma
Like startups, only 5% of independent artists and musicians can achieve success. Klezma aims to improve this issue by helping independent musicians gain exposure and funding support more easily. Klezma is a one-stop musician launchpad that allows anyone to invest in artists and earn rewards by using their music in videos on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc. [BUIDL; 提案]
6. Metopia
A web3 tooling infrastructure that creates a user reputation system and provides a series of effective use cases based on that user reputation system.
- Reputation System: A user profile that automatically aggregates Web 3 data from data protocols (RSS3, Ceramic, Moralis, The Graph, etc.).
- Governance: A governance platform that allows for customized DAO governance strategies based on user contributions and credentials.
- SBT System: A credential platform where the community can reward members' contributions through POAP, SBT, etc.
- Incentives: Metopia's non-transferable SoulBound protocol helps projects create better incentive systems.
7. KlayOracle
An open-source oracle framework that securely integrates off-chain data with Klaytn network smart contracts. Through KlayOracle, smart contract developers can access reliable and transparent data, such as price data, sports data, weather data, random numbers, or other external APIs, and easily integrate them into their Klaytn dapps. 8. SpaceDAO
SpaceDAO is developing DAO tools for space companies that will address key issues faced by space-themed companies, such as obtaining capital and retaining talent. Additionally, compared to traditional organizations, these new types of organizations offer more flexible, iterative, and innovative opportunities.
Currently, SpaceDAO has registered a new business name in Wyoming, the DAO LLC, and has established a bank account under this name. They also have an office in the WTBC building on the University of Wyoming campus and have begun engaging with interns. [BUIDL; 提案]
9. Pin Save
A centralized image sharing and content aggregation platform aimed at becoming a decentralized version of Pinterest. Currently, single online applications and platforms maintain control over users, hindering the adoption of decentralized technologies. Pin Save combines decentralized storage, smart contracts, and creators' ownership of intellectual property to create new dynamics among content creators, forming a new and more meaningful community. 10. Feed.xyz
The metaverse of public knowledge in the future aims to establish a portal from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0, effectively delivering the desired content to the audience. Centered around everyday users' needs for interoperability of Web3.0 content, the team will deeply integrate Mirror and other content creation platforms to create an effective Writer to Earn, Share to Earn economic model, allowing content production and creators to maximize their influence while content consumers can contribute by spreading good ideas and content to earn rewards. Currently, content on Feed.xyz can be seamlessly synced to Mirror, providing a more creator-friendly environment. [BUIDL; 提案]
11. WEB3CLOUD
WEB3CLOUD is a Web 3.0 cloud computing platform that integrates storage, computing, and networking core capabilities. It aims to help users migrate from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0 and become the infrastructure for millions of Web 3.0 developers and applications. The team defines itself as the "AWS" of the web3 economy, a one-stop technology service provider for decentralized cloud computing. [BUIDL; 提案]
12. Sisyphus Protocol
As people now have too many choices in life, we often lack a long-term interest and find it hard to stick to one thing. Excessive desk work has also led to sub-health issues, and how to help people maintain exercise is an urgent problem to solve. Sisyphus is a decentralized social protocol that helps people with self-improvement and encourages the creator economy. The protocol adopts a model of team formation + staking + recording + rewards to constrain and motivate users to persist in achieving their goals. Users need to stake stablecoins within the protocol to participate in tasks. If they fail to complete the tasks, they will incur economic losses. Meanwhile, creators can publish courses and launch their own tokens within the protocol to help people better achieve their goals. [BUIDL; 提案]
13. Cruzo
A multi-chain Web3 marketing platform and the first NFT marketplace that combines digital crypto gifts, party supplies, and greeting cards. Creators, users, collectors, and brands can meet and interact on the platform using digital content published as NFTs: greetings, postcards, stories, invitations, gifts, party supplies for the Metaverse, and other digital assets.
By providing utility and ownership with the help of blockchain technology, Cruzo will open up a new Web3 experience for users and customers in brand interaction, increasing loyalty, and digitization. Ultimately, Cruzo aims to give everyone emotional and joyful moments and promote the popularization of NFTs through a revolutionary greeting card and gift marketplace. [BUIDL; 提案]
14. CashmereFi
A full-chain, interoperable, MEV-resistant DEX aggregator and stablecoin exchange protocol built on LayerZero. It allows users to swap any asset across any chain while providing the lowest slippage and trading fees. [BUIDL; 提案]

The team aims to build a decentralized, user-owned recruitment marketplace. [BUIDL; 提案]
From November 5th to November 13th, the vcDORA community can vote for supported projects through the DoraHacks platform, and the distribution order of the initial $200,000 Grant prize will be determined by the results of the zero-knowledge voting.
The Dora Grant DAO program aims to continuously support multi-chain Web3 open-source geek teams in the following three areas: multi-chain Web3 core infrastructure and tools, crypto-native applications, and the intersection of crypto and cutting-edge technology.
