ChainCatcher News: A document from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission shows that after Twitter was acquired by Musk, Twitter founder Jack Dorsey still holds 2.4% of the shares.
Jack Dorsey left the company in November 2021 and stepped down from the board in May this year, having previously revealed his intention to focus on cryptocurrency and charitable projects after leaving Twitter. He had publicly stated: "Twitter should be a protocol-level public good, and Elon Musk is the only solution I trust." (source link)
