BitMEX CEO Alexander Höptner will resign from his position
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, BitMEX CEO Alexander Höptner has resigned from his position, and Stephan Lutz has been appointed as the interim CEO, with Stephan continuing to serve as the Chief Financial Officer.
It is reported that BitMEX was established in 2014 and is one of the earliest exchanges to offer crypto derivatives. Alexander Höptner joined BitMEX in January 2021, having previously worked at Börse Stuttgart, Deutsche Börse AG, and other companies. (The Block)
