According to ChainCatcher news, The Block reported that Meta has partnered with the cosmetics brand L'Oréal and the French business school HEC Paris to launch a Web3 startup accelerator program. This program aims to assist businesses focused on 3D production, AR, VR, mixed reality, avatar creation, portability of user experience, token economics, or other metaverse-related topics. At least five companies are currently set to participate.

It is reported that Meta has already ventured into the metaverse fashion space, collaborating with digital fashion startup DressX in July to offer new avatar fashion looks in Meta's Avatar Store. Earlier this year, the company also stated that it would launch a digital fashion marketplace through collaborations with Balenciaga, Prada, and Thom Browne. (The Block)
