ChainCatcher news, the Blockchain Professional Committee of the Guangdong Internet Association, Guangdong Zhongke Intelligent Blockchain Technology Co., Ltd., and Taihetai (Guangzhou) Law Firm jointly released the first domestic "Compliance Operation Guidelines for Issuing NFT Digital Collectibles" 2022 edition, aiming to provide objective, lawful, compliant, and orderly guidance for industries serving the issuance of NFT digital collectibles.

It points out that enterprises and platforms minting and issuing NFT digital collectibles must have the following filings, qualifications, or licenses: 1. "Inter-Regional Value-Added Telecommunications Business Operating License" or "Value-Added Telecommunications Business Operating License" with business types including "Internet Information Services" (ICP License) and "Online Data Processing and Transaction Processing" (EDI License); 2. "Network Culture Business License"; 3. "Network Publishing Service License"; 4. "Auction Business Approval Certificate" (if the enterprise or platform needs to conduct auction business); 5.
