It is reported that the main updates for version 1.3.0 include: 1. The tokens for delegation withdrawal will be locked for 7 days; 2. The chain ID change proposal PIP-7 has completed the implementation of the final stage, and the chain ID obtained using the chainid instruction or directly using the block.chainid instruction will no longer be the old value 100, but will return the new value 210425.
