According to a report by The Verge, a leaked memo from within Meta shows that there are too many quality issues with Meta's VR social network, Horizon Worlds, to the extent that even its development team does not use it frequently.

Vishal Shah, Meta's Vice President of Metaverse, stated in a memo sent to employees that a key issue with Horizon's development so far is that the people building the product at Meta seem to not use it much. He wrote, "For many of us, we don't spend that much time in Horizon Worlds, and the dogfooding dashboard makes that very clear. Why is that? Why don't we like the products we make? A simple fact is, if we don't like it, how can we expect our users to like it?"

In a follow-up memo, Vishal Shah wrote that Meta is developing a plan to have each manager ensure their teams use Horizon at least once a week. "Everyone in the organization should make it their mission to love Horizon Worlds, and you can't do that if you don't use it. Get in there, schedule time to interact with our community in both the internal and public versions with your colleagues or friends." (The Verge)
