Chain Catcher news, according to Forkast, South Korean prosecutor Choi Sung-kook confirmed that the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office issued a court order against Terra's general affairs head Yoo on Wednesday, with charges including violations of the Capital Markets Act, fraud, and negligence. In addition, prosecutors accused Yoo of using bot programs to exaggerate and manipulate the market price of Terra cryptocurrency.
