链捕手消息，以太坊质押协议 StakeWise 宣布正在开发帮助以太坊更加去中心化的、完全无需许可的 V3 版本，将允许任何能够运行以太坊验证者的人参与流动质押并接收来自其他人的质押委托。StakeWise 表示，无论是单独的质押者、DeFi 社区还是电信运营商，都可以使用 StakeWise V3 质押自己的 ETH 或者为他人运行验证者服务。将于 2022 年年底发布 V3 版本。
