Chain Catcher News: Ethereum staking protocol StakeWise announced that it is developing a fully permissionless V3 version to help make Ethereum more decentralized, which will allow anyone capable of running an Ethereum validator to participate in liquid staking and receive staking delegations from others. StakeWise stated that whether individual stakers, DeFi communities, or telecom operators, they can use StakeWise V3 to stake their ETH or run validator services for others.
