According to Chain Catcher news and reported by TechCircle, the gaming company JetSynthesys Pvt Ltd has announced the acquisition of the Web3 product studio Metaphy Labs. This marks the company's first acquisition in the metaverse space, although the specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed.

It is reported that JetSynthesys primarily leverages artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and AR/VR technologies to lay out its strategies in three major areas: gaming, digital entertainment, and social communities. The founder and CEO Rajan Navani revealed that they will allocate $50 million to invest in the metaverse market over the next three years, including a series of investments and acquisition deals.
