According to Chain Catcher, as reported by CoinDesk, ETF issuer 21Shares' parent company, crypto investment product firm 21.co, has hired former Goldman Sachs executive David Josse as Chief Technology Officer. Josse will be based in 21.co's New York office.

It is reported that Josse worked at investment bank Goldman Sachs for about 10 years, serving as the global head of data engineering and business intelligence for the company's Marcus products. In his most recent role, Josse was the Chief Technology Officer of digital asset exchange Symbridge.

Previously, Chain Catcher reported in early September that 21Shares' parent company 21.co announced the completion of a $25 million funding round at a valuation of $2 billion, led by Marshall Wace. (Source link)
