Chaincatcher news, the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) has requested information from the Brazilian cryptocurrency exchange Mercado Bitcoin regarding the fixed-income tokens it issued over the past two years, including the amount raised with the tokens and the list of participating investors. The CVM plans to publish an official crypto guide recommending that companies consult the commission before issuing any tokens that may be considered securities. (CoinDesk)
