Genesis co-head of sales and trading Matt Ballensweig has left and announced he is joining Exodus

ChainCatcher news, Matt Ballensweig, co-head of sales and trading at the crypto lending firm Genesis, announced his departure to join the crypto wallet company Exodus. Ballensweig stated that he will continue to serve as an advisor to Genesis.

Genesis has experienced significant talent loss following substantial losses from Three Arrows Capital. In August, Genesis laid off 20% of its staff, and CEO Michael Moro left; at the beginning of September, research head Noelle Acheson also departed.
