Tezos completes Kathmandu version upgrade, adding new expansion capabilities
Chain Catcher news, the public chain project Tezos upgraded to the Kathmandu protocol at block height 2,736,129 and has gone live on the mainnet, adding new scalability capabilities.
It is reported that this is the 11th upgrade for Tezos since its establishment in 2018, aimed at improving potential scalability. The Kathmandu upgrade was proposed by Tezos contributors and the core development team including Nomadic Labs, Marigold, TriliTech, Oxhead Alpha, Tarides, DaiLambda, Functori, and Tweag.
