Chain Catcher News, the EU crypto legislation (MiCA) draft is still open for discussion, but it has essentially been finalized. CoinDesk reports that a leaked draft of the bill shows that the framework requires crypto asset issuers to publish a white paper containing a technical roadmap for platforms to register with authorities, and it requires stablecoin issuers to hold capital and conduct prudent management. Additionally, NFTs are generally not subject to regulation, but certain NFTs may fall under the regulatory scope. (Source link)
