Arbitrum pays bounty hunter 0xriptide approximately $520,000 for a vulnerability bounty
According to ChainCatcher, The Block reported that the Ethereum scaling solution Arbitrum announced it has paid a bug bounty of 400 ETH (approximately $520,000) to the bounty hunter 0xriptide. It is reported that 0xriptide discovered a bridge vulnerability a few weeks before the Arbitrum Nitro upgrade, which allowed the bridging contract to accept deposits even after the contract had been initialized. The vulnerability may have resulted in losses of over $250 million. (The Block)
