The blockchain development platform Infura plans to launch a decentralized infrastructure protocol early next year
According to Chain Catcher news and reported by CoinDesk, the blockchain development platform Infura plans to launch a decentralized protocol early next year to address concerns about its products being too centralized to support the Ethereum ecosystem. Infura co-founder Eleazar Galano stated that Infura will focus on the decentralization of the underlying infrastructure layer, which will facilitate partnerships between Infura and the larger DeFi community. Galano called for early partners to help build its decentralized infrastructure.
In addition, Infura will not stop its centralized products; the decentralized protocol will coexist with the company's existing products. (Source link)
