Vitalik responds to block stability after the merge: achieving better EIP-1559 performance

Chaincatcher news, Ethereum prediction platform Gnosis founder Martin Köppelmann posted a chart of the block times for the latest 100 blocks on Twitter, stating that the stability after the Ethereum merge is excellent, with only one missed block, which is already the best case.

In response, Vitalik commented that an important implication is its better EIP-1559 performance (as fewer blocks will hit the 2x limit). So far, the percentage of full blocks has decreased from about 20% to around 10%. (source link)
