Binance hires former chairman of the Mexican Securities Commission to join its new global advisory board

According to Chain Catcher, The Block reported that Binance has hired former Chairman of the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) Adalberto Palma Gómez to join its new global advisory council. Adalberto Palma Gómez was appointed as CNBV Chairman in November 2018 and resigned from the position in March 2020. He has over 30 years of financial experience and has served as an executive at Banamex, Citibank, and Bankers Trust, in addition to working as an independent consultant.

Previously, Chain Catcher reported on September 6 that Binance had hired former Brazilian Minister of Finance and former Central Bank President Henrique Meirelles as a member of its advisory council. (Source link)
