According to Chain Catcher news and local media News1 in South Korea, the South Korean exchange Upbit held its first LUNC meeting composed of internal and external experts to discuss the use and methods of LUNC trading fees. Among various fee utilization proposals, although there was a plan to "refund fees to affected investors," some of the six advisory committee members expressed opposition, thus the feasibility of other proposals received attention.

Although the final plan has not yet been determined, the meeting also included a proposal to analyze the causes of the "Terra incident," with a strong internal belief that investment is the responsibility of the individual, making it difficult to implement a refund plan. (News1)
