According to Chain Catcher news, South Korean media News1 reported that the Financial Services Commission of South Korea stated that in the future, when inspecting virtual asset (cryptocurrency) exchanges, it will focus on investigating whether they have fulfilled their obligations regarding internal control standards.

According to the South Korean "Special Act on the Transaction of Virtual Assets Enforcement Decree," virtual asset exchanges must establish standards to limit transactions of virtual assets issued by operators themselves and related parties.
