Netflix will ban encrypted ads in its basic subscription tier
According to Chain Catcher news, streaming giant Netflix has banned cryptocurrency-related commercial advertisements on its ad-supported subscription tier, which is set to launch in November, months ahead of schedule.
It is reported that in order to increase revenue, Netflix announced in July that it would introduce a cheaper subscription tier that includes ads. Netflix's new subscription level will go live on November 1 in several countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. (Cointelegraph)
