链捕手消息，纳斯达克上市矿企 Moxian (BVI) Inc 宣布旗下全资子公司 Moxian Group Limited 已经签署了一份股权转让协议，出售中国子公司 Moxian (Hong Kong) Limited 的全部股权。
据悉，Moxian (BVI) Inc 此次出售是因为相关实体自成立以来一直处于亏损状态。Moxian (BVI), Inc. 在中国从事提供互联网媒体营销服务，在美国从事比特币挖矿及相关服务。
